All Counties Bookkeeping does not store any client data on it’s computers. All documents required for work performed by All Counties Bookkeeping is stored via the IBM Cloud Server for the strict and sole purpose of performing client services. Clients are encouraged to maintain due diligence by keeping copies of all documents used during their engagement with All Counties Bookkeeping.
We can accept documents by mail, physical drop off /pick up or Google Drive. Any documents digitally transmitted will be printed and than deleted. Tax returns are filed via IRS e file using ProSeries tax software. Monthly bookkeeping is performed using QuickBooks online. Payments and financial transfers are handled through Square Financial including a 3.5% merchant service charge on all credit card transactions.
